- To schedule your appointment at your convenience, please click the floating blue “Request Appointment” button in the bottom right corner of the webpage. If you do not see an appointment that works with your schedule or need to schedule a procedure, please call the office to confirm availability.

Appointment Types: Skin cancer screenings, acne, rashes and hair loss require detailed, focused evaluations. A dedicated visit is required to thoroughly address these complaints. For example, if you have concerns about both acne and would like a skin cancer screening, you will be asked to defer the screening to take place at your follow up appointment. Please do not book two separate appointments back-to-back, as one will be automatically cancelled.
